About This Space

Our Creole cottage is ideal for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and families with children. Located within walking distance of Magazine Street, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, art galleries, and Tipitina's on Tchoupitoulas Street. The apartment features a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each unit includes air conditioning, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy a shared hot tub in the courtyard. The property is situated in a safe neighborhood, just one mile from Audubon Park and Zoo.

The Space

This cozy, newly built apartment offers a private entrance and courtyard. The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet, while the living area has a pull-out sleeper sofa, an additional sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. A microwave and mini fridge are provided. The shared hot tub is available for guest use. Just two blocks from Magazine Street, you'll find yourself close to restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores, and more. Public transportation is easily accessible.

This is a very walkable area with nearby grocery and wine stores. Take the Magazine Street bus for a quick 15-minute ride to the Central Business District or French Quarter. The neighborhood is perfect for biking and strolling, with close proximity to Audubon Park and the Garden District—truly one of the best parts of Magazine Street.

Cleaning Fee

A one-time cleaning fee of $90 is applied to each booking to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay. This includes professional laundering of linens, sanitation of all surfaces, and restocking of essential supplies. The fee helps maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
